I’m a mindfulness, laughter, and movement guide. I help you tap into trust, confidence, courage, desire, joy, pleasure, and all the potential inside yourself. All the parts of yself I became aware of, as I explored within. Thanks to my curiosity, I followed the calls through many trainings from mindfulness to yoga, to conscious parenting, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and sensual somatic facilitation just to name a few. My mission is to live wakefully and wholeheartedly in hopes to inspire others to re-connect with themselves and with others, to co-create a better right now.

Re-Creation for us means time spent enjoying oneself, nourishing and replenishing one’s energy. Our mission is to inspire you to reconnect with your heart, so you can live wakefully and wholeheartedly right now. We are all born knowing how to BE and as we grow, we learn how to DO. Here, you are invited to slow down and feel for yourself, what you want and how you want to be. Freedom!

The movements I guide you through are an invitation to explore your own body, helping you reconnect with what is present, without judgements or analysis. It is an intention to soften, to be curious and to get to know yourself and your hearts desires. This practice helps enhance self-awareness, offer stress relief, increase physical and mental well-being, facilitate the exploration and expression of emotions, release of trauma, increase self-confidence, develop a sense of presence, and provide a way to cope with chronic pain or discomfort.
